When She Knew She Was An Artist

Amber has always been consumed by imagination and creativity. Wandering, wondering, and ever-sensitive to unique patterns in everything, she endlessly admired the many levels of color and beauty her imagination created.  For as long as she can remember, unique stories and ideas would play out within her imagination. It was through the realistic details of her mental stories that Amber noticed she could almost reach out and touch her cognitive creations. As these imagined environments traveled with her, so did her crayons, markers, pencils and torn pieces of paper. When Amber went about her day, she would slowly gather in her pockets various drawing utensils and objects she considered fascinating. This seemed satisfactory until the realization occurred that she could bring her imagined world into ours through paint and canvas. Since this artistic realization, Amber knew she was destined to leave her mark by sharing her craft.
